Children's Programs
There are many concerns with how our children are growing up in
today's world. The pressures on our youth today are very different
from when we were growing up. Children don't only have to worry
about getting good grades and behaving, they have the constant
battle of avoiding drugs, gangs, violence, bullying, peer pressure
and are under the constant threat of being abducted by an adult or
another child.

The dangers our children face today are unbelievable. We don't want
to be paranoid, but we do want them to be safe. The best way to
accomplish this is to have a set plan both at home and away from
home. At Chí's Martial Arts, we realize that in order to give a
child a head start in life, they must possess certain skills.
Although the need for self defense both Mentally and Physically are
important, we cannot ignore the Life Skills and Mental Benefits that
we must teach our children.
Can Knowing Martial Arts Make a Difference in Your
child Safety?

Future Kidz Prep Course
Back
Children
between the ages of 3 & 4-years old are in a very distinct
growing stage. They are embarking on new discoveries everyday and
learning how to cope with all of the challenges. Their intellect,
emotions, physical capabilities, and social competence all are
growing at a rapid rate. So fast, that they often overlook
what’s important and can hardly tell the difference between
right and wrong.
That’s
where the Future Kidz Prep Course Program comes into play. Our
program was specially designed for the stages of development of 3
& 4-year olds. We collected scientific and psychological
resources regarding this age group, and used that information to
ensure that our program meets each child’s characteristics and
capabilities.
In
the Future Kidz Prep Course Program, each child will experience
training that targets the skills that they are all currently
developing; skills such as large and gross motor skills, behavior
development, and character development. These skills have been
broken down into age-specific exercises, games, activities, and
drills that compliment their stage of development.
We
use the martial arts approach to building their skills through
these drills. The approach includes reinforcing good discipline,
displaying confidence, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Technical martial arts training is very limited when it comes to
traditional moves and techniques. We reserve that portion of
development for the older children who have set a clear foundation
of what we consider the preliminary requirements to martial arts
training.
With
this in mind, we want to reinforce that martial arts training
extends way beyond kicking and punching. That’s why it may
appear that your child is not learning enough martial arts in
class, but the fact is they really are. The customary discipline
protocol is martial arts. This includes standing at attention when
commanded, responding with respect by saying “yes sir” and
“yes ma’am”, bowing to the flags and each other, and
maintaining a positive attitude. With professional Martial Artist
as the role-model instructors, and the mixture of fun games and
activities with basic kicks, strikes, and blocks during class,
your child’s first exposure to martial arts training will
generate results!
Here
is a brief list of what your child will learn:
- Motor
skill development
- Throwing
and executing
- Pulling
and retracting
- Stepping
(forward, backward, and side)
- Running
- Jumping
- Balancing
- Rolling
- Behavior
development
- Learning
how to take turns
- Learn
how to manage frustration
- Learn
how to be respectful when others are speaking
- Character
development
- Learn
how to make friends
- Learn
how to tell the truth
- Learn
how to share
- Learn
how to maintain good manners
How
the Future Kidz Prep Course Program works
Sometimes
parent’s question why all their children seem to do is play. To
a child, play is their work. It is essential to teach children how
to learn though play. In the Future Kidz Prep Course Program, we
use activities that they play in class as our way to teach them
and build skill. The children learn important social skills and
will begin to recognize their own emotions as well as others. They
also learn how to think through play, and come out with better
physical capabilities in the process.
Through
play, your child will learn how to master the skills incorporated
in the age-appropriate activities. While participating in these
activities, they will discover things that normally would not make
sense to them. Participating in these activities, or playing, will
help them make the adjustments necessary in their skill
development and bring them to a higher level of thinking, making
play very educational and beneficial.
About
our Future Kidz Instructors
Learning
is a process. Our instructors understand the importance of the
steps involved in learning and are capable to encourage and
instruct a child while reinforcing the benefits to learning. Our
instructors are trained to meet the needs of each individual, and
how to reinforce proper development and behavior with little or no
disciplinary action. We have established a positive learning
atmosphere that makes learning and growing fun.
Where
will the Future Kidz Prep Course take my child’s training
The
Future Kidz Program provides consistency in each child’s
developmental process. Through consistency in their training, they
will properly develop the skills mentioned in this handbook and
prepare them for the next program: The Future Kidz (ages 5 &
6). The foundation set through the Prep Course Program will enable
them to successfully transfer to the next program with the proper
abilities and mindset they need. Once they enter the Future Kidz
Program, you will notice that they enter a new stage of
development, which is the next phase of their growing process.
Your
role as a parent
Self-esteem
is very important in a child’s everyday life. Self-esteem refers
to how a person feels about themselves. To a 3 & 4-year old,
self-esteem is something that they personally do not understand,
but experience crossroads with everyday. As a child, self-esteem
plays an important role in how well they learn and grow. Studies
have shown that children who think very little of themselves may
do inadequately socially, emotionally, at school, and in
extracurricular activities. At the same token, those children who
truly believe in themselves can really excel.
With
this in mind, your role as a parent is to consistently encourage
your child to stay focused, never give up, and always look for
positive solutions. Now this may seem like a difficult task to do
with a 3 & 4-year old, especially with their limited
vocabulary. But self-esteem is a learned attitude, and the sooner
you begin to teach your child about self-esteem, the better chance
you have of it sticking with them.
Here
are 3 easy steps to help your child “learn” self-esteem:
1.
Avoid using the word “can’t”. When a child uses the
word can’t, he or she is expressing that they “don’t know
how to” or “they don’t want to”. Once they say the word
“I can’t” they usually do not put any effort into the task
at hand. Showing the child how to work through challenge’s, or
showing the positive out of doing something will prove to be a
very important lesson that they will need throughout their life.
2.
Always have positive expectations for your child. If you
express to your child that you believe they can do something, then
they will probably think so too. Keep in mind that your positive
expectations need to be age-appropriate and attainable. You must
also back up your support by working with them to achieve their
goals. Avoid giving up on your encouragement and efforts to help
them. By showing consistency in your support, you will create
consistency in their effort and attitude.
3.
Teach your child how to see the positive side of his or her
inadequacy. When your child is unsuccessful, help him or her
discover from errors. Ask thought provoking questions such as
“what would you do differently next time?” or “what do you
think you need to work on to do even better?” Also let them know
that you are proud of their efforts by saying things such as
“you are already successful because you are showing courage by
trying”. Reinforcement like this can make a big difference in
how your child perceives challenges.
With
these steps in action, you will teach your child how to have high
self-esteem, and reinforce the value that the Future Kidz Prep
Course Program provides.
Congratulations
on your decision to enroll your child in the Future Kidz Prep
Course Program! We are confident that your child will enjoy our
classes, and have wonderful experiences. Within weeks of your
child’s training, you will notice measurable results!
Little Ninja Training Course
Back

This
program was specifically designed to target the stages of
development of 5 & 6-year olds. The curriculum in the Little
Ninja Program includes years of research and development proven
effective for this age group. Our goal for the Little Ninja
Program is to maximize the effectiveness of each participants
training with valuable lessons that will enhance their life.
What
is the Little Ninja Program?
The
Little Ninja Program is a preliminary martial arts training course
that focuses on building 5 & 6-year olds capabilities;
physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. We call our
program “Little Ninja” because it will help shape each
student’s life in a way that will positively enhance their
future. We are confident in what our program can do for your
child.
Children
this age are in a unique growth period in their life. They are
refined in their gross motor skills, while establishing a
foundation in basic fundamental skills. These basic fundamental
skills include: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory,
discipline, fitness, and coordination. In any other sport of
activity, all of these 8 skills are important to have. The more
exposure to proper development in each of these skills, the better
your child will be. For this reason, we have tailored a 9-level
training course that increases the intensity of each skill at
every level.
In
the Little Ninja Program, your child will train in an environment
that is just right for them. They will train with other children
in their age group, and not have to be limited or overwhelmed by
younger and older children. Each class will accommodate every
student’s skills and abilities in a way that is not overly
demanding or intimidating. That means more age-specific
instruction with better results. We guarantee it!

Again,
welcome to the Little Ninja Program! Congratulations on making the
decision to significantly enhance your child’s growth and
development. Not only do we guarantee that your child will benefit
from their training, we also guarantee that will have a lot of fun
in the process!
Here’s
how the program works
The
8 fundamental skills selected for the Little Ninja Program were
broken down into specific requirements that each student must
tackle at every belt level. There are 9 belt levels total, which
means that your child will dramatically progress through all 8
skills. This means your child will be sharper, more focused, and
better developed physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially
than a child who does not participate in a program strategically
designed like the Little Ninja program.
Here
are the 8 fundamental skills in order:

Here’s
how your child will advance through the Little Ninja Program
First,
it is necessary to understand the importance of consistency in
your child’s training. If your child misses classes on the
regular basis, it will affect their progress throughout the ranks,
and your child will fall behind. To ensure proper development and
a high level of motivation, make sure your child attends classes
regularly.
Here’s
a brief overview of how your child will advanced to each rank and
graduate from the Little Ninja Program:
1.
There are 8 skills covered in the Little Ninja Program. At
each belt level, your child will have to meet specific
requirements for each skill in order to advance to the next level.
2.
A new skill will be covered each day. As your child meets
each skill requirement, they’ll earn a skill stripe. There are a
total of 8 skill stripes.
3.
Your child must earn all 8-skill stripes in order to
qualify to test for their next rank. As you can see, missing a lot
of classes will prevent your child from earning their skill
stripes in a timely manner and may require make-up sessions.
4.
At each testing, your child will have to perform each of
the 8 skill stripe requirements for their rank in front of a panel
of judges and audience. It takes the average child 8 weeks to earn
all 8 skill stripes.
5.
There are 9 belt levels total that your child will pass
through before graduating into the Prep Course program, making the
total duration of training approximately 18 months.
How
to make the most out of your child’s Little Ninja training
Each
and every child who participates in the Little Ninja Program walks
away with knowledge and education that will influence their life
for years to come. It is our commitment to teach your child in the
best, most positive environment possible. At home, it is up to you
to encourage them and support them the best you can.
Here
are some tips for you to review with your child to help make the
most out of their training:
1.
Reinforce training at home- it is only when a child
practices more than usual that they appreciate and recognize their
hard work.
2.
Attend their classes regularly- when you support their
effort and motivation, they try harder.
3.
Don’t allow them to be tardy to class- tardiness will
make them feel uncomfortable, and teaches bad manners.
4.
Discourage consistent absences- consistency and commitment
will be one of the best lessons your child learns.
5.
Reward their achievements- when you recognize their
accomplishments, they are more inclined to continue accomplishing.
6.
Help them set consistent goals- the more they go for, the
more they will gain.
These
tips prove to be invaluable to a child’s growth and development.
In a world competitive to capture your child’s attention, the
Little Ninja Program does so in a way that will greatly influence
their childhood. Congratulations for again making the decision
that will support your child’s future!

5
Reasons Every Child Should be Enrolled in Karate
1.
Improved Report Cards:
Our curriculum is designed to teach children the importance of
concentration. Improved concentration means that your child will
learn more at school. Therefore, you can expect your child to
receive better grades for both academics and attitude. In our
school, children who receive A’s and B’s on their report
card receive a patch for their uniform indicating that they’re
“Academic Achievers.”
2.
Karate Builds Healthy Kids:
Karate is a great work-out. Your child will breath better, eat
better and sleep better. Children who take Karate are slimmer,
make better decisions about food, and in general, learn to take
care of themselves. You won’t see any of our Black Belt
Students smoking or using drugs, now or ever!
3.
Positive Attitude:
Kids in our program learn to have a positive
attitude. You
won’t find yourself repeating yourself over and over, or
arguing with your child like most parents do. Kids learn to be
respectful of their parents and teachers. You might even catch
your child saying: Yes Ma’am or Yes Sir!
4.
Self Confidence:
It’s true, kids who take Karate develop better
self-confidence. They’re encouraged to take chances, to push
themselves further than they thought possible. The success they
experience through Karate teaches them that they can be
successful at anything if they truly believe they can and are
willing to work hard. Improved confidence leads to better
grades, a better circle of friends, better performance in sports
and extracurricular activities in general.
5.
Self-Defense:
Karate teaches two forms of self-defense. One is physical, your
child will improve his or her strength, flexibility and overall
health. Additionally, your child will learn to strike with
tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully your child will
never be picked on or need to fight...But should the occasion
arise, shouldn’t everyone know how to protect themselves? The
second form of self-defense Karate teaches is internal. Children
learn to spot danger and avoid dangerous people, places and
activities. Karate can help your child avoid the need for a
physical confrontation. This second form of self-defense is
perhaps the most valuable of the two.

Karate Kidz Zone Prep
Course
Back
This
course was designed specially for children ages 7 & 8-years
old. We realize that children this age have specific
characteristics that differ from children younger and older than
them. They are sharper and more focused than children 6 and under,
however, they are still not quite ready to face the same
challenges presented to children 9 to 12-years of age. Although
some children between the ages of 7 & 8 can keep up with older
children, and in some cases, surpass them, the average 7 &
8-year old can benefit from a more specific type of training that
will help them develop the best; physically, intellectually,
emotionally, and socially.
The
stages of development for children 7 & 8-years old have been
studied. Research targeted 8 advanced skills that this particular
age group are in the process of developing. Those skills are:
concentration, perseverance, courage, intensity, speed, agility,
technique, and flexibility. To complete the study and design the
perfect curriculum for this age group, a thorough curriculum was
developed and the Prep Course was born.
In
the Prep Course program, your child will learn and grow in a
process that accommodates their skills and abilities. They will
train with other children in their age group, and not have to be
distracted by younger or older classmates. This means that their
training will not be slowed down due to the learning abilities of
a younger child; and it will not be sped up to keep up with the
capabilities of a pre-teen. This means better, more functional
classes designed just for them. Your child will feel comfortable
and more capable of achieving excellence. They are at an age where
the more special they feel, the harder they will try. With that in
mind, welcome to the Prep Course program! If this is the first
program that your child has participated in, then this is their
first step to conquering many goals. And if this is not the first
program, then they are even closer to excellence.
Here’s how the Karate Kidz Zone Prep Course program works
The
8 advanced skills selected for the Prep Course program were broken
down into specific requirements that each student must tackle at
every belt level. There are 9 belt levels total, which means that
your child will dramatically progress through all 8 skills. This
means your child will be sharper, more focused, and better
developed physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially than a
child who does not participate in a program strategically designed
like the Prep Course.
Here
are the 8 advanced skills broken down in the Prep Course
definition:
- Concentration- your
child will learn how to focus all of their attention to the
task at hand while committing themselves to learning and
growing.
- Perseverance- your
child will learn how to face challenges presented to them;
knowing that the challenges will be difficult to complete.
- Courage- your child
will learn how to overcome fear and nervousness through
training that initially seems intimidating.
- Intensity- your
child will learn how to perform their martial arts abilities
with strong effort and attitude.
- Speed- your child
will learn the components of speed and how to control their
balance, body posture, and technique in the process.
- Agility- your child
will learn the mechanics that govern movement and how it plays
a role when they are jumping, dodging, and moving about
quickly.
- Technique- your
child will learn the fundamental components of good technique,
which will make them great athletes.
- Flexibility- your
child will gain and maintain flexibility through fun and
educational drills.
Complete
education of these 8 skills will help your child be the best they
possibly can be at their age of development. They will become at
the top of their age group, while they learn and have fun in the
process. You and your child will not regret the adventure they are
about to undertake.

Here’s how your child will advance through the Prep Course program
First,
it is necessary to understand the importance of consistency in
your child’s training. If your child misses classes on the

Here’s
a brief overview of how your child will advanced to each rank and
graduate from the Prep Course program:
- There are 8 skills
covered in the Prep Course program. At each belt level, your
child will have to meet specific requirements for each skill
in order to advance to the next level.
- A new skill will be
covered weekly. As your child meets each skill requirement,
they’ll earn a skill stripe. There are a total of 8 skill
stripes.
- During the 8-week
testing cycle, your child must earn all 8-skill stripes in
order to qualify to test for their next rank. As you can see,
missing an entire week of classes will require make-up
sessions.
- At each testing,
your child will have to perform each of the 8 skill stripe
requirements for their rank in front of a panel of judges and
audience. Because the Prep Course is the transitional program
that prepares your child for the pre-teen program, your child
will have to perform the skill requirements at an exceptional
rate in order to advance.
- There are 9 belt
levels total that your child will pass through before
graduating from the Prep Course program, making the total
duration of training approximately 18 months.
Graduating
from the Prep Course program is like passing middle school. Your
child will be faced with challenges that will make them smarter
and sharper. When your child graduates, they will have conquered a
challenging journey.
How to make the most out of your child’s Prep Course experience
Each
and every child who participates in the Prep Course program walks
away with knowledge and education that will influence their life
for years to come. It is our commitment to teach your child in the

Children
between the ages of 9 to 12 are in a very important stage
in their life. With the dream and haunts of being a teenager,
which is right around the corner, there are many physical,
emotional, social, and intellectual challenges that they all face.
With the right developments and positive reinforcement, your child
will face their transition as a teenager with an enthusiastic
outlook.
Imagine
your son or daughter at the top of their class intellectually.
We’re not talking about a straight “A” student, althoughh that does help, we’re talking about a child who is smart
enough to make the right decisions; a child who knows how to set
and achieve goals; a child who understands the importance of
commitment; a child who knows how to persevere through the most
difficult challenges; a child who knows when to say “no”. Also
imagine your child in the middle of a positive social circle who
knows how to make and keep friends. Vision your child physically
competent, capable of meeting and completing physical challenges.
Best image yet, think about how relieving it would feel to see
your child day in and day out cope with emotional challenges with
a positive outlook.

Gymnastic Training for Advanced Students
Do
all of those things sound good? Do they seem possible? Did you
know that by enrolling your child into our Karate Kidz Zone
program, you are reinforcing all of those scenarios through
martial arts training? Do you want to know how we are going to do
it?
It’s
very simple.
The
Karate Kidz Zone is an innovative children’s martial arts
program that was specifically designed to challenge and develop
the skills of a pre-teen. This program targets the characteristics
of pre-teens and utilizes those characteristics to help them
develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The
best part about their development is that they are learning and
growing through martial arts training. Therefore, your child will
build dynamic martial arts capabilities while gaining courage and
confidence, and they will learn how to think smarter and harder
with children their same age. It is the best formula for success!

We
will help mold your child into a leader, a dreamer, and a
character that brings out the best in his or her personality.
Martial arts captures children’s undivided attention. That is
what makes their positive growth and development possible. When a
child chooses to participate in an activity that is good for them,
they know it and support it. Children like to be their own
individual who makes their own decisions. Training in the martial
arts quite possibly will be the best decision they make during
their adolescence.
With
your ongoing support, you will help your child lead himself/
herself into the future with a positive attitude. Their commitment
and concentration must always have your encouragement and
guidance. As a team, we will be reshaping our community one child
at a time.
Here
is how The Karate Kidz Zone program works:
The
Karate Kidz Zone program is split into four series: the beginners,
the intermediates, the advanced, and the elites. Upon completion
of each series, your child will have accomplished a goal that will
lead them to the next. By the time your child completes the final
series, he or she will earn the rank of 1st Degree
Black Belt- a very high honor and accomplishment for anyone at any
age.
Within
each series, your child will have to successfully complete each
level of training. To complete each level, they will have 6
portions of curriculum to master. These 6 portions include the
following:
- Traditional material- this
includes basic martial art moves, self-defense, and katas. The
material is set up in a rotating curriculum so that they are
only required to test on one of the above at each level,
starting with the basic techniques at level 1 of each series.
Self-defense is the traditional curriculum at level 2 of each
series, and at level 3 of each series they will have a new
kata that is more challenging than the one before.
- Dynamic performance- this portion
of the curriculum challenges the students skills and abilities
in a way that increases their performance and intensity of
their martial arts education. Out of all of the portions of
the curriculum, this portion was meant to excite the
spectators.
- Sport training- this includes the
competitive hand-to-hand application of their martial arts
training in a controlled manner. This portion of the training
is the most fun for the students, especially as their skills
get better.
- Board breaking- this is when the
students will “wow” themselves and those who watch. This
curriculum was implemented into the program to build the
student’s aim and accuracy of their martial arts abilities.
- Physical development- it is the
most sustainable part of anyone’s health to maintain
physical fitness. The sooner a child learns the benefits of
fitness, the better chance it will stick with them throughout
their adulthood.
- Mental development- a wise
martial artist is the best martial artist. When a student
understands the importance of morals and values, their
confidence and attitude shift to a very positive outlook.

From
these 6 portions of the Karate Kidz Zone curriculum, we are
capable of establishing and refining physical, social, emotional,
and intellectual excellence. The best part about your child’s
training, besides the many benefits, is that it is extremely fun.
The curriculum is challenging enough not to bore them and at the
same time is not overly challenging so that they don’t get
discouraged. With strong goals, effort, and commitment, your child
will become the best they can be!
The
Karate Kidz Zone home training advice:
“The
more you practice, the better you will be” we hear this line
time and time again, but how often do we follow through on this
valuable advice? We can’t realistically come over to your home
and make your child practice, nor do we want to be that kind of
burden. After all, we understand that in this day and age, there
are millions of things competing for your child’s attention. But
what if your child learned how to balance out their time? What if
your child made a schedule that included study time, creative
time, free time, chore time, and practice time? Although this does
sound too good to be true, it can be if you help them. You may
have to tighten the reigns here and there, but it can definitely
be worth it.
To
make your job a little bit easier, we’ve put together some tips
and guidelines for your child to follow when they practice at
home.
Here
are tips for your child to remember:
- Avoid training in an area where
you can get hurt, or hurt someone else. Ex: play ground,
swimming pool, slippery areas, uneven areas, or areas where
there are a lot of obstacles in the way.
- Avoid training when your friends
are around. They can be distracting.
- Avoid training in the heat
without proper hydration available.
- Avoid training late at night.
This will affect your sleep.
- The best place to train is in a
wide-open room, or in a safe yard late in the afternoon.
Here
are guidelines that will ensure that your child is training on the
proper material:
- Traditional material- this is the
most important area that your child should spend time training
on at home. Your child should spend 10 to 15 minutes a day, at
least 3 times per week on their traditional material. This
will help them increase their memory of the material and build
their technique.
- Dynamic performance- jump rope,
box jumping, and lots of stretching should be done to increase
their dynamic performance. It is better for your child to
focus more on the conditioning at home rather than extreme
execution to avoid possible injuries. This can be done for 5
to 10 minutes after their traditional training.
- Sport training- realistically,
sport training at home is not safe. If you would like for them
to practice this portion of the curriculum at home, please see
use to purchase the right equipment and get the right advice
on how to use it.
- Board breaking- this is another
portion of the curriculum that should be practiced safely.
Re-breakable boards are available to purchase. We recommend
that only adults handle the boards to prevent injuries.
- Physical development- this is the
next important area that your child should train on at home.
Your child should spend 10 to 15 minutes on all of their
physical requirements at least 3 times per week.
- Mental development- please take
the time to discuss with your child the lessons that we teach
at the school. Your child will benefit from reinforcement at
both ends of their guidance.
The
most important piece of advice that we can give you regarding your
child’s training is “perfect practice makes perfect”. When
your child focuses on their training, make sure they are putting
100% effort into it. This will generate the best results and has
more benefits than you may think.
What
we expect from all of our students:
- We expect our students to train
consistently each week without missing more than one class on
any given week and without missing more than 2 weeks of
classes at any give time. This is every for student’s
benefit to keep him or her developed and focused.
- We expect every student to have
the best attitude and behavior as possible inside and out of
class. We do try and reinforce good behavior and attitudes at
all times.
- We expect every student to
maintain a decent appearance at all times. All students must
have clean uniforms, and good hygiene. We will ask any student
to purchase a new uniform if it becomes stained or ripped.
- We expect every student to come
to us with any problems or concerns regarding our school.
Although we may sometimes accidentally overlook something, we
are happy and committed to help solve any problems that we
can.
- We expect every student to
respect our instructors, staff, and students. Our biggest
desire is to provide a safe and positive atmosphere. Please
encourage your child to remain respectful in all cases and
contact us immediately with any problems.
What
we will expect from the parents of our school:
- We will expect all parents to
support their child in their training. This includes attending
special events for the students, helping them cope with
challenges in their training, reinforcing commitment, etc.
- We will expect all parents to
approach us first with any problems or concerns regarding the
school. We want to always provide a positive environment to
our members, and although we may accidentally overlook some
issues, we open our doors to solve all problems in a positive
manner.
- We want all of our parents to
allow us to do the training for their child. We commend those
parents who want their child to succeed, but need for parents
to sit back while class is in progress. Of course if any
parent feels the need to comment on any procedures in the
classroom operation, please come to us first and allow us the
opportunity to resolve the situation.
- We want all of our parents to
support the school. If there is a child who you believe could
benefit from training at our school, please bring them in for
a complimentary class. We do reward all students who refer
other students.
Thank
you for your support! We cannot explain enough our desire to
provide you and your child with a positive and beneficial martial
arts experience. If at any time you choose to cancel your
membership at our school, feel free to approach us with your
situation so that we can handle it accordingly. We are determined
to provide a family atmosphere with an open line of support and
communication

Children Learn What They
Live
by Dorothy Law Nolte
If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn.
If a child lives with hostility, he learns to fight.
If a child lives with ridicule, he learns to be shy.
If a child lives with shame, he learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient.
If a child lives with encouragement, he learns confidence.
If a child lives with praise, he learns to appreciate.
If a child lives with fairness, he learns justice.
If a child lives with security, he learns to have faith.
If a child lives with approval, he learns to like himself.
If a child lives with acceptance and friendship, he learns to
find love in the world.
